A community of 30,000 US Transcriptionist serving Medical Transcription Industry
Anyone know if we are still supposed to be calling the workflow team when there is no work available? It's not listed under the work availability policy as something you need to do, and then when you call, you are put on hold and it states the hours are "4 p.m. to 9:30 a.m." Is this Eastern Time, Central Time, Pacific Time??? Frustrating to say the least.
