We have a right to know who is auditing our work and essentially who holds our jobs in their hands. We also have a right to be able to review our reports that have been audited. I used to get the links for the reports that were audited, now I just get an email telling me how many mistakes I made, whether they were critical or minor and my score. I want to be able to listen to the reports that were audited and that I supposedly made mistakes on to see if I agree with the audit team.
you need to go through your QC - for that
[ In Reply To ..]I doubt we are able to directly contact the audit team, but when you get such an email from your QC, tell her that you want to hear it and see it for yourself. There's nothing wrong with asking to do that.

If you aren't getting an "official" copy of your audit, by all means you should follow up on that to make sure you start getting those. The Audit team does make mistakes. QC people go head to head with them on our behalf all the time.
I was on the phone with my QC person 2 weeks ago and she told me she was in the midst of a heated exchange with one of the Auditors for a mistake she found in someone's audit. She said she ALWAYS listens to the critical errors that the Auditors find and we would be amazed at how many mistakes she's caught and had removed from our audits. I said I bet those employees are happy to know you have their back ... she said, "They never even know that I do it."

Just read the MQ Central news about the pilot program for a new position called Region Team Lead (RTL). I'm already confused enough, I don't need a new acronym. They said the CTL would now be doing 100% QA and transcription.
