you know there is no way an MT can say they are being paid more than what they're supposed to be paid if they don't know the formula for calculating their pay. Up until this thread, Alpha said, "We can't tell you how much you're supposed to be paid because it's different every time." If they can't tell their MTs that, how do they know how much to pay them?
