The location of the hospital has no impact on the - wage grade?

That makes things easy! If you're not using the wage grade specific to the hospital, there will only be one wage grade--the one specific to the location of the MT. Since each MT knows in which county they reside, they can check for their own wage grade. Let's see: # of hours worked on VA accounts multiplied by wage grade for county of MT's residence added to the product of # of lines transcribed for other contracts multiplied by line rate. Voila! Was that so hard?

The only problem will be is if that amount does not at least equal an MT's gross pay.

What are you trying to hide by being so obfuscatory?
