It doesn't feel right though to be stuck on a $12/hour account when you live in a high cost of living area. And many MTs will pick a higher wage facility to work on if given a choice, assuming the dictator isn't horrible, regardless of order of work in the queue. I definitely saw favoritism towards certain accounts.

(the pay rates could vary as much as $6/hour, doesn't seem either way is necessarily "fair")
