Alpha is more than happy to speak with the DOL. In fact Alpha is the one that has filed IG complaints regarding this issue. Alpha pays Health and Welfare, vacation, holiday, and complies with Executive Order 13706. Alpha also pays appropriate wage grade determinations. Alpha painstakingly tracks over 100 wage grade determinations to ensure our staff are being paid properly. The location of the hospital has no impact on the individual's wage grade. Alpha pays more than the wage grade for several staff members.
