"Therefore, the presence of a wage determination on the WD database does not determine the applicable WD for any specific contract. Only those wage determinations placed into the contract at award or by modification are controlling." Maybe if I use your own words, you might understand. What wage determinations are placed into the contract at award? Is it the wage determination for the location of the hospital? Or is it a hundred different (MT location) wage determinations that Alpha is paying its MTs? According to what you're saying, those 100 different pay rates must be written into the contract between the hospital and Alpha, which we know is not the case. If they are NOT written into the contract, contract award dates, modification dates, etc, have nothing to do with an MT's pay rate. The award date, modification date, etc. has to do with the pay rate for the hospital. How on earth would a contract with a facility in Houston, TX, have anything at all to do with the pay rate of someone residing in Los Angeles, CA???

Fake news? Try employing some logic, and you'll see that what you're saying does not make any sense.
