in "approving" a standard LPH rate.

By the way, how many 65-character lines with spaces equal 180 VBC lines? The industry standard was 150 LPH for 65-character lines with spaces for straight typing. Who at the DOL even has any intimate knowledge of what an MT does or how it is done?
