I stepped away from MT work, I just couldn't make a decent wage and there was never any work. I took an outside position and after being away from MT work decided I would give it another try for some supplemental income. I cannot find anything and now checking back on this site, I can see why. I do feel the job is definitely gone or at least almost gone.
For those still working as an MT, I hope you have somewhat of a decent job.
I know it is useless to ask who is hiring, but if anyone knows of any companies, I would appreciate it. I have applied at some of the companies that used to post regularly here, but no response.
Thankfully I am employed and happy I changed my line of work. If I can't find anything, I am okay.
