Just so you know, it is illegal for an employer to fire someone for making a report to the DOL or IRS. There are severe penalties when companies do this, and if they do it, it may well create a separate cause of action on the complainant's behalf. Of course, they can always make life so miserable that you will want to quit, or they can run the NJA routine with you. If that should happen, get back to the DOL and IRS. Keep a notebook and write down everything that happens. I think these MTSOs need to be brought up short on some of these things.
