My plan was to retire at 62 and claim up to 1/2 of my husband's SS (he is on SS Disability) and work part-time until my full retirement age of 66 and 8 months. I was told Obama and/or Congress did away with that "loophole" - correct me please if I'm wrong since that screws up my plans for the future. I heard they also did away with file and suspend, which doesn't apply to me.
