Doc is dictating a letter and wants "Certified" in the letter. Can anyone tell me where to place this in the letter? Thanks! ...

A few weeks ago, for no reason that I can find, I cannot get the first letter of a sentence to be in all caps automatically, (unless I do it manually.) The same for the letter " I " by itself when typed. It was always automatic and now all of a sudden it is doing this and I cannot figure out how to change it back.
