DocShuttle. Anyone have experience with this?

I am looking into using the DocShuttle program for my business, but the more I read, the more confused I seem to get. I understand about the Dongle allowing more than 3 installs, so here are my questions. 1. Am I correct that I need to purchase DocShuttle Client, DocShuttle Administrator, AND DocShuttle Transcriptionist for myself, and then ALSO to purchase the DocShuttle Dictator for each MD office (or purchase with Dongle and that will cover all my accounts)? 2. How do we setup multiple FTP sites to connect in DocShuttle Client? Under Settings, I could not find any "Add New Host/Site" feature. This software already has a stupid policy of three installations for one purchase and now if I can't configure more than one site to connect, this will qualify for what you would call a complete ripoff. Is DocShuttle compatible with GearPlayer or only with the WavPlayer? ...

Hi - I'm stymied. I just paid $89 for Docshuttle and when I tried to play the file, I find that the foot pedal doesn't work. Docshuttle provides Wavplayer Lite, and there is no Ports option where I can select USB as the foot pedal connection. The URL shows the screenshot I took of the WavPlayer Lite. I have been noticing that the experience level required to even get looked at for an MT job has went up. The 2 year experience mark has now went to 3 in most postings, and alot more postings are stating they want a minimum of 5 years.
