DocShuttle compatibility

I am looking into using the DocShuttle program for my business, but the more I read, the more confused I seem to get. I understand about the Dongle allowing more than 3 installs, so here are my questions. 1. Am I correct that I need to purchase DocShuttle Client, DocShuttle Administrator, AND DocShuttle Transcriptionist for myself, and then ALSO to purchase the DocShuttle Dictator for each MD office (or purchase with Dongle and that will cover all my accounts)? 2. Hi - I'm stymied. I just paid $89 for Docshuttle and when I tried to play the file, I find that the foot pedal doesn't work. Docshuttle provides Wavplayer Lite, and there is no Ports option where I can select USB as the foot pedal connection. The URL shows the screenshot I took of the WavPlayer Lite.
