FIESA comment "Downgraded as clear throughout the report" - BBMT

I recently had 0.25 error in FIESA for having "complaining of lateral-sided pain" instead of "complaining of left lateral-sided pain." The comment that the reviewer made was "Downgraded as clear throughout the report." What does that mean exactly? I rarely ever see any comments at all from them. It's usually just whatever the error was and that's it. Maybe I'm just having a brain fart moment here, but I don't understand what this comment means. Any insight would be much appreciated.

[ In Reply To ..]...the reviewer thinks that he/she heard the phrase "left" used only there in the report CLEARLY, but that upon going back he/she felt that "left" was actually used throughout the report wherever the full phrase was used, and that perhaps it would have been scored as being a more costly error, but because it was only heard very clearly at that one spot, they did you a FAVOR by only counting off .25 as opposed to .50 or 1.0.
Who knows, honestly, HOW they are taught to think over there, though :(

with lots of blanks because of poor quality. What happens? I get hit with MULTIPLE invalid blanks. That is ridiculous. Would they rather have me guess. checking the QA box, it does not go through QA, right? I know we are not supposed to put in disparaging remarks, but would "speak up" or "stop mumbling" be considered a disparaging remark? I am so tired of these docs who mumble and cannot be understood...how else will they know we can't hear/understand them if we can't tell them...all they see is the nice finished product not what we have to go through to get them that. ...
