Failed Audit. How failed to require line rate - reduction? Does anyone know

Is it any fail or under a certain percentage?
Do you mean when your line rate is reduced to - 0.03 cpl or something like that?

[ In Reply To ..]I was under the impression, from something I read on MQ Central, that you had to fail more than one to be put on performance management, which is when you're put on 100% QA. I failed an audit with 99.5 (when it was 99.6), and just had a phone conference with my QC - no big deal, but it was the only one I had ever "failed."
I failed 2 audits - with critical errors
[ In Reply To ..]I was made to take 2 on-line refresher courses and a 2-hour ASR refresher course. After that I was audited for 1 week. I passed that. So far I have had no pay deduction. However, you have to pass audits for 6 months to get back to square one...another failed audit within 6 months would put me at the next step of the performance management process. I'm not sure what the next step would be, but failing one audit should not involve a pay cut. I think it takes a while to get there.

[ In Reply To ..]I failed also(98.5%) got cut in pay and put on 100% QA for 1 week and then got a call from my manager saying I had failed again (98.9%) and was terminated. I guess if that's how they want to treat me after working there for 9 years, then so be it.
I think there may be a small advantage to - working the shift nobody wants

[ In Reply To ..]I don't know if you're happy that you got let go - guess you can draw unemployment, but I would look up the policy, that is if you can still get in, but I thought you were supposed to get something in writing - could be wrong, but I thought there were several steps that they had to go through, but then again we're "at will."

[ In Reply To ..]Seems all of a sudden, within a 2 week period, I also was not worth keeping either. September/October has been employee chopping month for a few years now. Glad it is finally over. You can bet karma is going to be fun to watch.

i'm just curious. most of the time i pass my audits with a 99.7. but there have been a few times i have gotten emails telling me my score was below 99.6 and showing me the error of my ways. but i have never seen the word FAIL nor has it even been a big deal, i just get the email letting me know and thats that. does something different happen to some of you or is this what you are calling 'failing an audit' ? because i've never found it to ...

Yep, that's my 4th within a week. Yep, just as I noted a couple weeks ago, 2 "punctuation" errors and you fail. One spelling error that I have no idea how that could make it through spell check. And a full point for not cc'ing a dictating physician who said to send him a copy - because the CP did not say not to???????
