According to a poster below which has apparently already attended one of the payroll meetings (as the poster posted) for nuance they have decided to keep the incentive part of all of our pay going with an exception that now you have to have over the industry standard of 98% to get a production based incentive.
In addition (if this poster is accurate) they have again cut the overall pay from 8 and 4 to
3 3/4 AND 7 1/2. This is nothing but a bunch of crapploa...an MT who is now getting incentive for higher production at 98% QA is not going to do better by 1% to get the incentive...The company however will save thousands overall by not having to shell out more for their MT incentives, becuase at their fingertips they can and will most likely take away by over QA'g everyone. One is better off telling them to stick it and go where there is no incentive and maybe a better standard pay with less headaches than arguing over India QA reporting to get ones incentive pay. We need to all consider the possibility of a sick out just like the police (blue flu) do all over our nation!
This company tells everyone they have far greater financial resource due to VR programs they own. Seems to me they hold a hammer over the heads of other MTSO's which use those VR programs, which I believe could eventually create an idustry of salary fixing for all MTs... Something needs to be done, and yes bule flu comes to mind!
