It is not our "JOB" to correct the doctor. If it is redundant text, so what. It is what is being said. That was how I was taught and will continue to work. it is rude to tell the doctor that he is talking "too much" and leaving in redundant text. If he wanted abbreviations, he would ask for it. It is just a way to keep from paying the MTs. You may be okay with it, but I am not. Its absurd.
