You have a patient list that you have to copy and paste patient names onto a list in the document you are working in. It is a lot of extra work to do. So much easier to go into a system and have all the patient info sitting right there for you that you just have to verify by sight. This really should be an hourly paying job in my opinion, due to all the shortcuts and omissions. You are listening to the job, which takes time, but not typing all of it. Time is money. It is a job though and it's not VR, so not sure which would be worse, a crappy dictator the VR got most of nothing right or just straight typing it without seeing what the VR thought was said.
