KS and IL DOL. - Uninformed

Has anyone gotten any results from the Illinois DOL on claims against Keystrokes? I am at about 6 weeks out from submitting claim and haven't had any contact yet, other than a generic e-mail saying they would get in touch between 4-6 weeks. Wondering if anyone has gone through this and how long to expect for results.
