Because I had to report a HIPAA violation to my former account, they were EXTREMELY INTERESTED IN SPEAKING WITH ME and THEY brought up other issues with me, including LONGSTANDING QUALITY ISSUES WITH KEYSTOKES which means it's YOUR FAULT, NOT MINE.
A TRANSCRIPTION COMPANY OPERATING OUTSIDE HIPAA IS AGAINST FEDERAL LAW - LOOK IT UP YOURSELF! That is, if you can read English.
