I've listed the above 2 statutes that cost a BA $650,000 in a landmark decision for not providing HIPAA training. Your client has a problem with you failing to address ADT HIPAA violations. Are they nutcases to have concerns about that? Are the federal judges who are making these rulings nutcases, too? I'm absolutely on the edge my freaking seat waiting for your ignorant and unkind response. Also, thanks for sharing you have no problem with your paychecks as it is evidence of cherry picking payroll.
