There are several potential HIPAA violations that can occur in ADT. QA at other places points this out. I actually had 1 at Keystrokes while on 100% QA. WHY DID YOU FAIL TO NOTE THAT? THAT'S PART OF QA EVERYWHERE ELSE, WHY IS NOT AT KEYSTROKES? Do you not care about your patient's FEDERAL RIGHTS? That also came up in my discussion with your unsatisfied customer.
