KS FEDERAL JUDGES RESPOND TO STATS - PLAINTIFF

Posted: Feb 16th, 2020 - 3:07 pm In Reply to: No, KS is not caught up - KJ

The state Attorney General can get out money; that's the DOL but ultimately, it sounds like the DOL would have to take this to federal court. They are also operating outside of HIPAA and that's the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services, but ultimately they would go to court as well. An injunction can either make someone stop doing something OR it can force them to do something they're supposed to. I can't wait for my money so I'm taking this to a federal judge on Tuesday. A federal judge can also discipline their lawyers if they lie (and I'm sure they will), including disbarment and trust me, I've done it before for offenses way less serious than this.
