Haha, I agree because working there is like being pecked to death by a duck, but there is a bigger picture.
It's better to quit, get your check in half the time, and have the right to participate in a lawsuit. Pull up the DOL form online and see for yourself. It says you can not use their findings in litigation and you forfeit your right to ever sue them. It's right by the signature line. And DOL keeps any fines for themselves.
