First, right about the bullying but "senseless" may be an attempt to inflame and misdirect attention from the main issue.
Second, shouldn't it be "posts are NOT directed to you"...?
Third, posts by ex-KS'ers usually say so. Most do not, and I think those are current employees still hanging in there.
This situation is too serious, and has gone on way too long, to try to minimize it.
