Because the company defines when the employees will receive their pay for work performed, i.e., weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc., EVEN BEING LATE is not permissible under labor laws and will result in employer penalties on top of having to pay all wages owed immediately.

These MTs have the law on their side to rightfully and legally recover what's theirs. By filing their official complaints with the Dept of Labor, this MTSO will definitely be investigated and held accountable for any wrongdoing. Labor laws exist for exactly this purpose - to stop bad employers like this from taking advantage of hardworking people who need their paychecks on time in order to pay their bills.
