Ignorance is - Bliss

Spouting off about the IRS or the DOL is a joke.

The IRS says they don't have to pay taxes until the end of the year, and even then, they can file an extension.

The DOL told me if I file a claim they will investigate, I should be prepared to be fired, any fines imposed are kept by them and not given to me, and I forfeit any future right to sue or join a class action against them. In addition, it takes at least 90 days, and KS can extend that by appealing. My pay is usually 4-5 days late, a couple checks were 12-17 days late. Why would I want to wait three months, get fired, and give up my right to future suit?
