I'm glad you are getting paid, even if it isn't on time. The owner of this MTSO is still in violation of labor laws by doing that, though.
It's just too risky, putting your finances on the line like this. There's so much work because the MTs are leaving and no one wants to hire on with an MTSO having payroll problems - who would?
Out of a few hundred employees, the ones still there and the ones who have already left, there are probably some who have already filed formal complaints with every agency, department, office, etc., that needs to be involved..and that's a good thing.
