with their own state. DOL has specific and concrete rules as well as employer penalties and fines for unpaid wages. This would be the easiest route to go, as well as filing unemployment. Tell unemployment you are not being paid. They will be on the company's butt ASAP. Of course, not being paid, they are obviously not paying employment taxes, which would be a whole 'nuther dept, the prosecutors office in the company's home state. This is outright fraud. Not paying current employees but advertising for new employees, what is wrong with this picture??? There are remedies besides sitting back and waiting and posting on MT stars.
