I am proud of you for moving on. I had the same situation where I typed a note that was over an hour long and it had to go to QA and I wound up with 10% from that one note that I stayed more than an hour past my quitting time to do so it would not time out because apparently no one else wanted to do it. The price for all that hard work and loyalty, dock in pay, low morale. My job makes me sick. I'm so happy you can move on. Me, I have to stay. Just please keep your head up and know you are better than this.
