for the week. The grid plan is nothing more than a profit grid. Does anyone remember when they rolled it out as industry leading way of compensation? I haven't come across a company yet that is this blatant in taking money from the very workers who keep their business of the bloat. A better plan would be to eliminate much of the bloat, i.e. the clueless POC, TSMs, QC and give back the MLS wages.
