"All doctors, whether educated here or abroad, have to pass certain requirements including residencies in American hospitals, exams, and licensing requirements, before they can practice."

We would all like to believe this to be true...but then how did that teenager in Florida open an office and actually have patients? Did you all see that on the news? I saw some of it, didn't get the whole story. And, sad to say, you do sometimes wonder how some of these "doctors" get their credentials and hospital privileges!
