advance directives as well as inform the clinic in general.
I'm glad someone else feels the same way and has the guts to speak up and say so.
If I can't understand their speech as soon as they walk into the room, I will demand another provider or I leave.
When you're sick, you're miserable enough, without having to try to fight to understand what's being said.
