From reading messages on these boards, it seems like attitude/morale is low, depending on what company an MT is with. For myself, I actually love my jobs, both of them, and I work for one of the companies that lots of people are complaining about! I don't know..... but maybe it's just me?? I think a big part of a person's performance on a job has to do with the attitude, no matter what the policies/procedures are.
