Good attitudes? - How can anyone possibly like this job any more? Posted: Jul 18th, 2015 - 1:46 pm In Reply to: Bad attitudes? - Does anyone even like their job anymore?
Between dwindling work, stagnant pay and not even getting the simplest things to make this job even slightly better (i.e. speaking into a phone in a normal voice), how could anyone like it?
I think the only way it works any more is part-time or casual, but I can't live like that yet. I don't need a lot of $$$, respect, or anything else someone might get from over 30 years at a job, but it would have been nice to come away with more than just the measly now less than $2000 a month pay check I get for full time (and I might be doing better than a lot of other folks to get that!).
I think only the most optimistic or someone who had another safety net could really love this job now.
