it's not off the track of being factual. "Who is entitled to strike? union members A strike can only happen if a majority of union members agree via an organised vote - known as a ballot. There are strict rules around holding a vote. For example, it must be a postal ballot - where members vote on paper and return it in a prepaid envelope." It's not that hard to look up anything on the internet and find what you need to know. A statement about unions doesn't mean that one is saying they know everything, but the statement about union would appear to be a factual statement. Just saying.
