It wasn't CLK - Need advice

I actually didn't work for CLK. I was subcontracting for one woman with the initials of CK. She just had this one IME account. She still has not paid me and it has officially been 2 full weeks since I sent her my invoice. My husband thinks that I should report her to the attorney general's office in her state if I don't receive my check by the end of the week.
