When there is this much aggravation, this much work without pay, why stick around? You can sign on with a small company at probably half the rate and none of the headaches, and make $500-600 . I ditched someone like this a while ago. I went with a company that paid a little less, but they always have work, always pay on time, and leave me alone to do my work. I went through exactly the same thing. This smaller company never sends emails like you describe - only get a response from the small company if something is not clear, need QA input, acct changes. Other than that, steady work w/o problems.
Do you mind telling us which company this is? Based out of New York or Nevada? If you feel better emailing me privately, I understand.
