What she is doing it not right at all. This is clearly a MAJOR, MAJOR, MAJOR HIPAA violation. Any physicians that she has contracts with, she needs to make sure they are fully aware that she is subcontracting the work to other MTs! No wonder she is so nitpicky...she is going to put HER name on the report! She wants there to be NO errors so she can immediately send it to the doc and get paid for it without having to put any work into it herself. Oh, my blood is boiling! I'm going to draft a letter tonight!
