$ 200 a month is not a lot, breaks out to $ 50 a week, which is just a few hours, as you said, here and there. At my age, it is all about simplification and expediency. If she is so picky and the client loves her, why can she not handle $ 200 a month more? Makes no sense.
I have done massive IME work for years. I love it, but I also only do it for those that appreciate what I do. To waste so much time on nonproductive work is a total waste of time. You could probably make more on eBay or at a flea market with far less time involved.
