I'd stop working for/with her. It's your a$$ on the line, not hers. If you think whatever she's paying you is worth the aggravation, then by all means carry on, but since you're considering looking elsewhere, that pretty much tells the tale. By giving her one last chance to provide steady work, you're being the better person by not just dumping her without notice. Don't feel guilty about it, something tells me she's been down that road before. Good luck with whatever you decide.
