If they held onto your contact info for nearly 3 yrs, how long would they keep all the rest! Almost feels like some kind of funny business going on there. In this day and age, it's not okay to be asked for that much personal information, unless you're buying a house or adopting a baby!! LOL! The marriage license has me stumped...
