Some of these companies offer it, but you have to make a certain amount to even qualify and then there’s the problem of not having enough work to qualify. I’ve been down this road before. I prefer to work as an IC. Why not just try and work on some days off and save up for a vacation? You’ll hate having to stick with a schedule with an employee position. All freedom is gone and they think they own you. Just my 2 cents.
