PRECISION - The new TOTAL Nuance experience with - transplanted OM, Sr. OM

and a bunch of TLs and FIESA. Ironically, the OM and Sr. OM experience follows Nuance exactly in that you will not get a reply to any emails you might send to them. The fake "you are all awesome" language and screaming SOS help messages are taken right from the old Nuance playbook.

Funny, they can afford to pay these people, but their actual workers in the trenches are still paid peanuts.

Just an interesting observation. Anyone else notice this?
