Why has the pay been reduced to the point of next to nothing and no matter how hard you work or how accurate you are, it never increases. The only increase is the demands they make.
I agree management is hogging the money and the owner and Nuance and the ones who make all this money for these people ae so underpaid it is ridiculous.
How did this happen and even more pitiful, is the MTs take it and work themselves to death in the process.
No work, too bad; bad dictators, too bad, QA up your whazoo, too bad and so on. They fire on the spot, cut off work, and offer the most pathetic incentive.
The new OM sends out emails about all the work but never, ever offers a single penny extra. No work over the holiday and no pay either, aren't we the lucky ones?
