The owner wasn't doing it all. The old managers worked 6 days a week at a minimum of 12 hour days not like the managers now. One or more of them was always on to answer questions and help out and such. The owner also did say she did not want her place to be like Nuance but that is exactly what she did when she hired all these Nuance people and then they proceeded to demote most of the managers and put all Nuance people in those positions. The owner should have invested money in her MTs and paid them more instead of paying all this management that does hardly anything but rah rah.
