Military time - QA got me on

putting in hours if they didn't dictate it, just like putting in the patient, when they only dictated patient, but they said it so fast, you literally could not tell the difference. Gawd, just shoot me now! This is beyond ridiculous! And oh yeah, watch out for the comma police. You can have every medical word, lab result, diagnosis correct and yet they always find some way to demean you.

I am always amazed at how much worse this job can get and Nuance just seems to keep the hits on coming!
