FYI, a company should not be keeping more than 25% of what they are getting. In other words, the IC should be getting 75% of whatever they are being paid.
Nuance should be put out of business with their rules of taking $$ for errors and firing over 1 critical error, etc. Taking $$ for errors is not legal.
