I understand people "needing the money". I'm not rocking any boats until I get sick and tired and quit or something else comes up, but you can file complaints with (1) the IRS, (2) local labor board, (3) federal labor board.

I also work for another employer that I started mid COVID for money & recently realized they are cheating BIG TIME on the time clock. Will fire if you complain.

How bad can it be if you are being forced to work for $6 an hour or less after you pay taxes or before paying taxes??? No unemployment in most cases unless you live in a state where you can set up an S Corp or LLC & file. As long as you put up with it, the worse it will get.
